Brilliant handling and music...
...and a fine attention to detail (such as sliding level points, colours and simple visual ques for highscores instead of complex text). Been playing for a couple days now, up to level nine and it doesnt just rehash the same techniques of faster, more complex levels: it introduces more multitouch, from one, then two, now at least four fingertips needed. And if the play control wasnt quite enough (the timing is excellent) then the music and sound effects set a Brian-Eno-meets-Japanese-80s-Famicon-Tech mood (brilliant enough that I play it on the house stereo for the roommates).
